This End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the DOD Invoice Generator (“Application”), operated by Diag On Demand (“Diag On Demand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
The DOD Invoice Generator is an automotive invoicing and workflow tool designed to assist authorized users with processing vehicle repair-order information.
The Application may be used to:
The Application is intended primarily for authorized business use by Diag On Demand personnel and approved users.
Diag On Demand grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for legitimate business purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any associated software, processes, branding, designs, or intellectual property.

The Application may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to read information from images and documents.
Automated extraction may occasionally misread handwritten text, vehicle information, numbers, or other data.
Users are responsible for reviewing information before finalizing invoices or other records. Diag On Demand does not guarantee that automated extraction will be error-free.
The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc.
When authorized, the Application may:
QuickBooks access is subject to Intuit’s own terms, privacy policies, and service availability.
Diag On Demand is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except to the extent that the Application is authorized to interact with Intuit APIs.
The Application may rely on third-party technology providers, including services used for:
Availability of the Application may depend on the continued availability of these third-party services.
Users retain ownership of information they submit to the Application.
By using the Application, users authorize Diag On Demand to process that information as reasonably necessary to provide the Application’s functionality.

The Application is intended to assist with workflow and invoicing, not replace human review.
Users are responsible for confirming:
Diag On Demand may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Application at any time.
We may also update these Terms as the Application changes. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
The DOD Invoice Generator, Diag On Demand name, logos, layouts, workflows, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Diag On Demand.
No intellectual-property rights are transferred to users except for the limited right to use the Application under this Agreement.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diag On Demand disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diag On Demand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.
This includes losses related to:
Diag On Demand may suspend or terminate access to the Application for misuse, security concerns, violation of this Agreement, or termination of the user’s authorization to use the system.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
